1. Environmental factors
The light is too strong or the lights are flickering will make it more difficult for the baby to fall asleep. Loud and noisy sounds can also affect the level of deep sleep.

The clothes used also matter. Clothing that does not absorb sweat will make the baby feel uncomfortable while sleeping.
In addition, temperatures that are too hot or cold will also affect the baby’s deep sleep. Temperatures that are too cold will clog your baby’s nose, making it difficult for him to breathe.
2. Feeling hungry
In infants aged over 6 months, waking up 1-2 times during a night’s sleep is normal. However, frequent awakenings will usually make it difficult for the baby to fall back asleep. You need to find out, because who knows your little one is hungry.
