In 2018, even historical tours such as the Pongkor Geopark were inaugurated. But the ex-mining tour cannot be opened yet, because mining activities in the area have been extended.
“Because there are still mining activities, it is dangerous if they are forced to open at this time, but by utilizing the surrounding tourism potential without having to enter the Pongkor area, such as Sawer Waterfall, Leuwi Bongbang, Setu Nirmala, Macan Waterfall, and others,” he concluded.
